Quality Department Hiring Event - 6/7/23, 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Stryten Energy manufactures proprietary and custom injection molding products serving the industrial lead battery, automotive and consumer markets. Stryten Energy is expanding battery poly manufacturing and recycling output to help solve industry-wide supply constraints.

Quality Coordinator:
Pay starts at $19.31 per hour.
1st shift (6am - 2pm)
2nd shift (2pm - 10pm): + $.75 shift differential
3rd shift (10pm - 6am): + $1.00 shift differential
A Quality Coordinator is responsible for inspections and tests of product, process, and material for all product areas. Provides guidance and partners with production personnel (supervisors and operators) to contain an issue, determine root cause, and corrective actions. Follows up on customer complaints that pertain to their shift and departments. Complies with Stryten and ISO 9001 procedures and requirements.
Some experience is required - great opportunity for those:
Familiar with problem solving – root cause analysis, 5 why, etc.
Who are quality and customer oriented.
Who have performed audits and inspections per documented processes.
Quality Lab Technician:
Pay starts at $20.14 per hour.
1st shift (6am - 2pm)
The Lab Technician is responsible for testing and measuring products produced by Stryten and materials received from suppliers for all areas of the plant. Provides accurate, objective, and timely results of testing and measurements with production personnel (supervisors and operators) to contain an issue, determine the root cause, and corrective actions.
Some experience is required - great opportunity for those:
Who have been exposed to high quality standards
With lab or testing experience
With skills in data collection – calculator, trends, enter data into a database
