Motrex LLC Customer Service Representative in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Overview

Stryten Energy’s strategy and goal is to provide our customers with premium service, and as such the Customer Service Representative (CSR) is a critical customer facing role. The CSR role is responsible for entering orders/data, managing customer service issues, coordinate between plants, inventory requirements, and customer orders. They will work with internal cross-functional departments as necessary to resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities

  • Support the order entry process by:

  • Ensuring that Sales Policies, Processes, and Programs are followed

  • Verify accuracy of incoming customer purchase orders, work with customer and / or Sales Representatives to resolve discrepancies

  • Timely and accurate entry of customer purchase order information into ERP System

  • Customer Account Set Up

  • Correspond with Customers regarding order status, complaints, warranty issues, etc…

  • Monitor customer complaints regarding quality or service and escalate as appropriate

  • Maintain and monitor appropriate reports / data files as dictated by department needs, ie:

  • Open Orders

  • Past Due Orders

  • Warranty and / or Quality Issues

  • Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications

  • Associates degree preferred or equivalent experience

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

  • Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision

  • Ability to work with difficult situations and maintain a positive attitude

Competencies, Skills, Knowledge

  • Previous Customer Service experience preferred

  • Knowledge of MS Office applications, intermediate skills in Excel required

  • Knowledge of Order Entry and ERP systems; IQMS preferred

  • Team Player; detail oriented, self-starter, ability to work in a sometimes high pressure environment to meet deadlines and customer demands.

  • Energetic, take charge attitude, with the ability to keep smiling.

  • Comfortable working with all levels of an organization including but not limited to, Sr. Management, Operations, Manufacturing, and Accounting
