Motrex LLC Maintenance Clerk in Columbus, Indiana
Overview
Stryten Energy (formerly Tulip Richardson Manufacturingand Richardson Molding), a new company name with a long history in the Columbus, IN area, manufactures proprietary and custom injection molding products serving the industrial lead battery, automotive and consumer markets. Stryten Energy is expanding battery poly manufacturing and recycling output to help solve industry-wide supply constraints.
The Maintenance/Toolshop Clerk controls inventory as it relates to department activities. This includes monthly cost tracking of the budget.
Responsibilities
Purchase all materials for the Maintenance and Toolshop Department
Tracking of all parts and maintain spare parts inventory levels
Working with Maintenance/Toolshop personnel in finding vendors and cost of non-inventory items
Utilize IQMS for information on history of replacement parts, equipment maintenance, and repair
Assure inventory items are available to support Maintenance and Set-up personnel to keep equipment running in a 24 / 7 operation.
Perform miscellaneous duties as necessary.
Issue Purchase Orders when needed
Organizing and maintaining spare parts inventory
Qualifications
Education, Experience, Certifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent, preferred but not required.
Competencies, Skills, Knowledge:
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook
