Motrex LLC Senior Field Service Technician in Atlanta, Georgia
Overview
The Sr. Field Service Technician is a customer-oriented individual who provides excellent service and customized solutions. This individual assembles, repairs,and maintains batteries / energy storage equipment, chargers, and battery handling equipment in a timely and efficient manner at the customer's site, while also actively seeking opportunities to offer the right products to the customer. You'll have access to a company vehicle and training to make you effective. But, you need to bring a working knowledge of standard shop tools, a good understanding of basic electricity/electronics, and the ability to read, analyze and interpret documents. If you enjoy bringing solutions to the customer and don't mind getting your hands a little dirty, this might be for you!

Qualifications
We’re looking for:
Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
A high school diploma/GED/equivalent required, and one-to-three years battery or field service experience is desired; military experience also welcomed.
Associate Degree preferred
Project Management, and Industrial Maintenance experience a Plus
Vanadium Battery, and energy storage experience a plus
Ability to work independently or as a team with minimal supervision.
High degree of organization, deadline focus, self-motivation and accountability.
Ability to deal with difficult situations and maintain a positive attitude
Analytical ability to prioritize work and move from task to task
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, an individual is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
Individuals are occasionally required to sit; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Ability to regularly lift a minimum 50 lbs on a daily basis and 51 to 150 lbs with assistance of equipment on a daily to weekly basis
Regular use of safety glasses. Vision requirements: close vision
