Motrex LLC Senior Treasury Analyst in Alpharetta, Georgia
Overview
Serves as the primary Sr. Analyst for the Treasury organization and reports directly to the Treasurer while providing support to the Manager - Credit & Collections, Sr. Manager - Treasury, and Director Risk Management. Lead efforts to track and analyze all expenditures for risk management and treasury and identify key activities contributing to the variances against forecast and budget targets. Provide monthly reports to Treasurer and CFO on key metrics including, AR aging, collection activities, debt & interest, cash & liquidity, and risk management spending. Assist Credit & Collections, Sr. Manager Treasury, Director Risk Management in completing monthly presentations and other ad hoc projects as requested.
Responsibilities
On a monthly basis, track and compare against budget and prior months all costs booked to the Treasury Cost center and work directly with accounting to close variance gaps.
Work closely with the Manager of Risk Management in preparation of payment of all broker fees, insurance premium payments and any financed premium payments. Maintain schedule and prepare forecast that is provided to Mgr. Cash Operations weekly.
Work with Sr. Manager of Treasury to complete monthly presentation materials on liquidity for Board Presentations as well as quarterly presentations.
Work closely with Sr. Manager of Treasury and Manager Cash operations to meet daily cash requirements and complete wires and ach as required
Assist Mgr. Cash Operations on various KYC compliance filings
Complete HFM/essbase models that will track all Treasury and Risk Management expenses and complete monthly reconciliations on variances. Work with Risk Management Manager and Accounting to reconcile differences.
Receive direction and support from Mgr Cash Operations to complete detailed analysis via JDE/IQMS/HFM to report and track all Treasury and Risk Management expenditures and quantify variances vs. budget and forecast targets
Support Mgr - Cash Operations on complete all KYC activitiesPrepare all presentation material required for Risk Management in terms of monthly workers comp meetings,
Surety bond presentations and other presentations as required.
Assist Manager of Collections on preparation of the Credit Committee presentations.
Complete Ad Hoc projects as assigned by the Treasurer
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferably in finance, accounting, business or equivalent work experience.
Minimum three years of experience in an accounting, treasury or finance environment
Good spreadsheet and database skills.
Strong organizational, critical thinking and customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment.
