Work hours 8:00-5:00pm Mon - Fri (This position will work on-site in the office located in Alpharetta)

Ability to provide World Class Customer Engagements
Ensure every Customer feels great about every interaction
Manage and resolve all Customer inquiries and issues
Comfortable interacting with Sr. Management, Branch Operations, Manufacturing and Accounting
Energized by a fast pace environment
Enter purchase orders
Provide consolidated billing and supporting documentation to customers
Provide written correspondence to Customers
Maintain warranty files and process warranty part orders on a timely basis
Gain understanding of various sales and marketing programs
Working knowledge of the Battery industry including Material Handling applications preferred
Ability to quickly learn new & use software tools like Salesforce.com, ServiceMax, Google Suite JDE, MS Office
Other tasks or projects assigned as needed

College graduate or equivalent education and progressive call center experience preferred
Bilingual (Spanish/English or French Canadian/English) preferred
