Motrex LLC Customer Service Representative in Alpharetta, Georgia

Stryten Energy builds batteries. Batteries that power your world. From cars, trucks and boats to forklifts, railway, and UPS systems, Stryten batteries offer endurance and reliability.You will manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues while providing world class customer engagements.

Work hours 9am-6pm or 1pm-10p with on-call responsibilities to support a 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to provide World Class Customer Engagements

  • Ensure every Customer feels great about every interaction

  • Manage and resolve all Customer inquiries and issues

  • Comfortable interacting with Sr. Management, Branch Operations, Manufacturing and Accounting

  • Energized by a fast pace environment

  • Enjoys change

  • Enter purchase orders

  • Provide consolidated billing and supporting documentation to customers

  • Provide written correspondence to Customers

  • Maintain warranty files and process warranty part orders on a timely basis

  • Gain understanding of various sales and marketing programs

  • Working knowledge of the Battery industry including Material Handling applications preferred

  • Ability to quickly learn new & use software tools like Salesforce.com, ServiceMax, Google Suite JDE, MS Office

  • Other tasks or projects assigned as needed

Qualifications

  • Ability to work shift and on call as needed

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • High level of accuracy required

  • Excellent organizational skills and extremely detail minded

  • Self-motivated team-player in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability multi-task

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to deal with difficult situations and maintain a positive attitude

  • Ability to perform basic customer support functions

  • Excellent computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce.com, ServiceMax, Google Suite and JD Edwards ERP system preferred

  • College graduate or equivalent education and progressive call center experience preferred

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English or French Canadian/English) preferred

Basic Skills:

  • Phone Support, Order Entry, Order inquiry, Order changes, Warranty claims, Bill To / Ship To Set Up
