Motrex LLC Compensation Analyst in Alpharetta, Georgia
The Compensation Analyst works with other compensation and HR personnel to administer pay that is competitive and compliant. The Analyst supports the administration of compensation programs which include job documentation, incentive and recognition programs. This position will also conduct research into different state and federal regulations concerning compensation matters as well as research into the external market through surveys and other published materials.

Support the overall administration of key compensation cycles (salary increase, short-term incentive, and other reward programs), working closely with the Human Resources team to ensure accurate data as well as assist with communications to client populations
Responsible for data coordination, management, auditing and reporting for compensation data management as well as annual salary survey participation
Assist compensation team in workflow supporting client groups such as creation of new positions in the system of record
Administer job documentation program to ensure the establishment of essential duties and create valid selection criteria and FLSA exemption status and compliance with other regulations.
Complete salary surveys.
Market pricing of standard jobs to establish an external value and assign to internal pay structure.
Assist with promotion and new hire pay recommendations.
Complete special projects as they arise.
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Broad knowledge of such fields as accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc. equivalent to a four year college degree, plus 0 to 6 months related experience and/or training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent Excel and modeling skills
Must be able to perform the responsibilities typical of analyst level work
