Motrex LLC 2024 Summer Intern - Frontend and/or Backend engineering in Alpharetta, Georgia
Overview
Stryten Energy is a $1 Billion leader in stored electrical energy solutions, including batteries and associated equipment and services for the transportation and industrial markets. We have over 3,000 employees working at manufacturing sites throughout country.
Stryten corporate headquarters is located just north of Atlanta in Alpharetta, GA. The internship will begin in May of 2024 and end in August 2024 and will be full time (40 hours a week) with expectations of being onsite each day, no remote work. This is a paid opportunity, but housing is not provided so you must have both housing and transportation.
The Energy Management System group is looking on expanding our Frontend and Backend engineering capabilities
Responsibilities
Apply software development to work with client interfaces and backend APIs
Work with other disciplines, including the product owner, systems, UI/UX, embedded software and hardware developer
Analyzing, writing, building, testing, documenting and deploying software
Support on web-based application development
Coding the server-side element
Test new IoT technologies and SDKs
IoT Cloud Energy Management System coding
Data visualization: build dashboards in Tableau, Grafana
Qualifications
We are looking for students:
Working towards degrees Computer Science, Electrical engineering
Experience in 2 or more coding languages: Phyton, C/C++, JavaScript, CSS3 and HTML5
Third-party libraries such as React Js, Redux and Query, Node, JS, Rails, other
Enjoy making personal project using open HW platforms like Raspeberry PI, Arduino
Graduating between DEC 2023 and May 2025
With a GPA of 3.0 or greater
You must have housing and transportation
The position is required to work onsite daily
During your internship, you may be exposed to the below areas:

Bug Tracking: Jira, other
